About

Welcome to the spot where all of your editing aggravation can be relieved! Don’t spend hours in front of the computer,  driving your family crazy hurling obscenities at inanimate objects…let me do it for you! I’m a pro, and I’ll do my best to work with any budget.

While I’ve been editing for about 7 years (does silently(ish) correcting your friends count? Because if so, its been decades), I’m new to the whole website thing; please be patient with me.

I am a published poet and have won several Editor’s Choice Awards from The International Library of Poetry.  I’m currently editor for two published authors, Jenn Deese  and S. A. Sabuur.

I have also just added to my list of accomplishments becoming editor for Captain Smart USA, creator of The Captain Smart USA SmartBackPack. Check out the Learning System at http://smartlearningsystem.org/, then visit http://www.smarterkidsusa.com . Find the spelling error and win a chance for a free back pack!

  1. My debut book was edited by this person , before she became The Art Of Syntax and I was very satisfied with her degree of professionalism, punctuality, flexibility, vast vocabulary and spot on editing skills. I will be using Jenelle as an editor on my next work.
Never pushy and completely respectful of the authors vision and creative process.

In my opinion , if your seeking either a talented ghostwriter or an astute editor The Art Of Syntax is the place to go.

  2. I’ve been a writer for over twenty years and the most difficult task for me has always been finding a ‘good’ editor. One who is not only professional but who also has an outstanding character as well. She understands what writers endure. She knows that our works are our children and she treats them as such. I would recommend using her for ALL of you editing needs. Thank you, Jenelle and The Art of Syntax, for doing such an amazing job!
